Supply List – 2017-2018

The following lists are supply items that will likely be needed by the students during the year.

 

We prefer that students not use book bags on wheels as they do not fit in the lockers.

No Large Binders or Large Loose-leaf Notebooks

 

ALL STUDENTS

 

LIBRARY:     1(one) pocket folder and 4(four) pencils

 

ART:              10(ten) sharpened pencils, 3(three) erasers, Art smock or apron, or an old shirt

 

MUSIC:          1(one) folder, 1(one) marble notebook, 2(two) pencils

 

FIRST GRADE

 

1 (one)     Canvas zippered pencil pouch                      

3 (three)   Plastic folders with pockets                             

2 (two)      Pack of 3”x 3” post-it notes (any color)          

6 (six)       Glue sticks                                                                     

4 (four)     Jumbo erasers (No pencil top erasers)

1 (one)     Box of markers (eight or more colors)

1 (one)     Pair of scissors (blunt scissors)

1 (one)     Package of 100 3(three)x5(five) lined index file cards

6 (six)       Black marble hardcover notebooks (sewn, not glued or spiral bound)

2 (two)      Boxes of 24 (twenty four) or more color crayons

Please have available at home:  scissors, crayons, glue, & pencils

SECOND GRADE

 

2 (two)      Black marble hardcover notebooks

4 (four)     Packs #2(two) pencils (plain, yellow

2 (two)      Pack of 24 (twenty four) color crayons

1 (one)      Plastic School Box

1 (one)      Pair of headphones

1 (one)      Pack of black dry erase markers

1 (one)      Pair of scissors

2 (two)      Highlighters (Yellow)

2 (two)      Pink Erasers

 

Please have available at home – scissors, crayons, glue, pencils, a children’s dictionary

Though no longer required by BCPS, teachers would appreciate donations of Kleenex,

Hand sanitizer, liquid soap, and paper towels.

 

THIRD GRADE

4 (four)     Black marble hardcover notebooks

3 (three)   Yellow Highlighters

3 (three)   Packs of sharpened #2(two) plain pencils

1 (one)     Box of 24 (twenty four) crayons

FOURTH GRADE

5 (five)      Plastic two-pocket prong folders

1 (one)     Pack of index cards                                    

4 (four)     Packs of #2 (two) pencils (no mechanical)

2 (two)      Highlighters

1 (one)     Pair of scissors (child)

1 (one)     Zippered Pencil Case (no plastic boxes)

8 (eight)   Glue sticks

1 (one)     Pack of colored pencils

8 (eight)   Whiteboard Markers

1 (one)     Set of Headphones

2 (two)      Box of Gallon Ziploc Baggies

 

Please have available at home: a calculator, a dictionary, a ruler, a pencil sharpener so that students bring 3 sharpened pencils DAILY

Please have available at home: a calculator, a dictionary, a ruler (inches and centimeters), a pencil sharpener so that students can bring 3 sharpened pencils DAILY
