Team BCPS is proud to share that next week, from Monday, October 22nd through Friday, October 26th, Bullying Prevention Week will be observed throughout Baltimore County Public Schools. This year’s slogan is “Kindness Matters.”, and over the course of the week, all Bedford students will participate in activities and classroom lessons to support this idea, while learning about how to identify, report, and prevent bullying.  Across BCPS schools, each day of Bullying Prevention week will be focused around a different character trait that all people should demonstrate. In an effort to demonstrate unity within Bedford Elementary School, and across BCPS, please refer to the chart below, and encourage your children to dress in the color corresponding to the Virtue of the day!

Monday:  The word of the day will Civility and all students and staff are encouraged to wear Blue

Tuesday:  The word of the day will Equity and all students and staff are encouraged to wear Green

Wednesday: The word of the day will Unity and all students and staff are encouraged to wear Orange
